Description
Prepare for an intense new conflict in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, where a war on the Korean Peninsula threatens to destabilize the entire world. North Korea launches a full-scale invasion, and you follow a young squad of South Korean soldiers fighting to survive on collapsing front lines. Meanwhile, Captain Price wages his own personal war from the shadows, staying one step ahead of those hunting him. Their stories eventually collide as the conflict escalates into a global crisis with devastating consequences.
The Campaign takes you across several international locations and delivers a variety of intense combat scenarios. Fight through trench warfare in Korea, engage in close-quarters battles in New York, experience high-speed chases through Paris and take part in covert SAS night raids in Mumbai. You will step into the boots of Private Park, a young South Korean soldier facing real combat for the first time, while Captain Price operates outside the system he once served.
Multiplayer returns with a focus on precise gunplay, fluid movement and greater control over every engagement. At launch, you can battle across 12 brand-new 6v6 maps, each offering distinct environments and tactical opportunities. Larger maps also introduce combined vehicle and infantry combat, giving you the choice between intense close-quarters encounters and large-scale battlefield engagements. Adapt your approach, master your weapons and work with your team to secure victory.
DMZ brings back Call of Duty's intense extraction experience. Deploy alone or with a squad into dangerous conflict zones as an off-the-books operative. Search for valuable equipment and advanced military technology, complete objectives and decide when it is time to extract. Every deployment presents new risks and opportunities, and choosing what to pursue, secure and carry out can make the difference between success and failure.
