1. General Information
This webshop is operated by Bonuz ApS (DK35680624) (hereinafter “Games2You”, “we”, “us”). Games2You operates the webshops games2you.dk and games2you.net, which sell digital computer games in the form of digital product keys.
Delivery is carried out exclusively in digital form and normally immediately after completed payment.
1.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on games2you. If you are under the age of 18, purchases may only be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Pricing, Stock, and System Errors
Games2You reserves the right to typographical errors, pricing errors, technical issues, stock errors, and errors caused by third-party systems, including payment and delivery systems.
If a product is sold at an obviously incorrect price, or if a stock or system error occurs, Games2You reserves the right to cancel the order in whole or in part. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded without undue delay.
We do not provide compensation for delays caused by technical errors.
This also applies even if an order confirmation has been sent automatically.
3. Products and Delivery
All products sold on games2you.dk are digital products in the form of digital product keys.
- Delivery is made digitally via the website and/or email
- Delivery normally occurs immediately after completed payment
- No physical delivery takes place
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed via Stripe. The amount is charged upon completion of the purchase.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For purchases of digital content that is delivered immediately, no right of withdrawal applies, in accordance with Section 18(2)(13) of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
By completing the purchase, you expressly agree that:
- The delivery of digital content begins immediately
- The right of withdrawal is waived once the product key has been delivered
- The product is considered used once the key has been displayed or delivered
Therefore, no refunds or cancellations are granted unless a valid complaint applies.
6. Complaints and Defective Product Keys
If a product key does not work as expected, the customer must provide the following documentation:
- Username on the relevant gaming platform (e.g. Steam, PlayStation, Xbox)

Image or video showing:
- The error message
- Entry of the product key
- Images of the game library showing that the game has not been activated
If the documentation cannot be provided in a single image, a video must be submitted. Missing or incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the complaint.
Complaints regarding defective product keys must be submitted within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.
7. Processing Time and Refunds
Once full documentation has been received, Games2You may take up to 14 days to obtain a response from the relevant gaming platform.
If it is confirmed that the product key is defective or invalid, a refund will be initiated. It may then take an additional 2–10 business days before the amount is returned via Stripe and the customer’s bank.
8. Abuse and Fraud
Games2You reserves the right to reject complaints in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or if the product key has already been correctly activated.
9. Loyalty Points Program
Games2You offers a loyalty-based points program for registered customers. Points are automatically earned for each completed order on the webshop.
Points are earned according to the following principles:
- Customers earn points equal to 2% of the total order value
- 1 DKK equals 10 points
- Points are credited only once the order has been fully completed
Example: For an order of 500 DKK, points corresponding to 2% of the order value (10 DKK) are earned, resulting in 100 points.
Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred. Points may only be used as a discount on purchases at games2you.dk, where 10 points equal a discount of 1 DKK.
Points do not have a fixed expiration date, unless there go a year without you making any orders and remain valid only as long as Games2You operates the webshop and the points program remains active. If there go more end a year between your orders will your points go to 0.
If Games2You fully or partially ceases operations, or if the points program is discontinued, any unused points will expire without financial compensation.
Games2You reserves the right to modify or discontinue the points program with reasonable notice. Changes will be published on the website.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and will notify customers via email or on the website.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may submit a complaint to:
